This class will be an introduction to the game of chess. Students will learn how to play and various strategies that will improve their game. Classes will typically consist of both instruction and lots of opportunities to practice! Students will need to make a chess.com account if they do not have one already.
No prior experience with chess is required for this class. We also have a novice section that is faster paced and is well-suited for players with some prior experience or anyone who is learning by watching class recordings.
